1. Personal, Travel & Address Accuracy
Ensure your National Identification Number (CNIC) is accurately recorded without dashes. When entering your home address, provide the exact physical address in Pakistan where you reside, not a temporary hostel or postal box.
In the "Travel Information" section, select "Student (F1)" as your purpose of trip and provide specific intended arrival dates that do not violate the 30-day pre-session limit.
2. Documenting Primary Financial Sponsors
In the "Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip" section, select the appropriate sponsor (e.g. "Parent" or "Other Individual"). Enter the sponsor’s exact telephone number, email, and occupation. Consular officers compare this entry with your verbal statement at the window—consistency is paramount.
3. Educational & Employment Chronology (No Gaps)
Provide an unbroken chronological record of your education from secondary school (Matric / O-Levels) through higher education. If you completed your degree more than 6 months ago, accurately document any internships, employment, or academic test preparation activities to avoid unexplained timeline gaps.
