2. Exclusive Consular Authority & No Visa Guarantees

Under United States immigration law (specifically Section 214(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations), the legal authority to grant, refuse, or deny an F-1 student visa rests exclusively and irrevocably with commissioned Consular Officers of the United States Department of State.

• Fast Consultants cannot and does not influence or expedite consular decisions.
• Fast Consultants makes no guarantee of visa approval under any circumstance.
• Any third-party claim that an agency has 'special connections' with the embassy is fraudulent.

3. University Admissions & Scholarships

Admissions decisions and institutional scholarship grants are determined solely by the admissions committees, academic departments, and financial aid offices of individual universities in accordance with their independent enrollment standards. Fast Consultants provides expert guidance and file preparation but does not make admission determinations.
